A shortlist of verified suppliers with a quotation comparison, then you manage the supplier relationship. Fixed project service fee; supplier credentials are handed over once settled.
02 / Project Sourcing
Coordination for a defined project: shortlisting and quotation comparison, samples, production follow-up, third-party inspection coordination, assistance with order placement, booking and consolidation, and export document review. Agreed commission or project fee.
03 / Managed Purchasing Desk
Ongoing supplier and order coordination with routine reporting. Monthly management fee plus a per-order commission.
04 / Direct Supply
Quotation and sales arrangements for confirmed products. Terms are set by the sales quotation and agreement.
